Other problem in 2.2.14 (For information)

The modules of Vmware 1.1.1 build 330 don't remove them properly,
an other OOPS !!!!!
Vmware is running but no network available.
Kernel halt at shutdown while trying to unload the modules or 
shuting down eth0 here.
