netfilter/ipchains.o and kernel 2.3.41 error message

Jan 30 20:46:30 wr5z kernel: KERNEL: assertion (tp->copied_seq ==
tp->rcv_nxt) failed at tcp.c(1347):tcp_recvmsg
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I'm running 2.3.41 and netfilter-0.1.17.  After upgrading to the new
kernel version I get the above message intermittently when a masqueraded
Windows 98 box attempts internet access.  The access succeeds but the
link does seem somewhat slower than in 2.3.40.
