Stephen: I can duplicate the report without xosview just doing the stats
monitoring in a kernel tweak. And Peter is right, its hopping about a little
as stuff like kpiod disturb it.

2.3.x doesnt show the problem, 2.2.x + andrea scheduling hacks doesnt seem
to either
