SMP schedualer patch

     Can someone tell me where the web site where the SMP schedualer patch is
located?  I had this installed earlier back when running 2.2.11 I think it was,
and on Sparc SMP systems it made a non-trivial difference but I've lost the
patch and URL of the web site.
