report:vfat filesystem bug ?

Hello,everyone;                                     
                   
	I have a problem to tell your.
        I use redhat linux 6.1 in china.I find in linux read vfat partition ,the 
kernel  read the chinese file name is not right.It display the chinese hacrcharacter to 
'?'.  I try to modify the namei.c ,but can not to change this complexion.
