In what order are devices enumerated?

O.K. but what will be order of devices in device list?  Increasing irq,
something else or unpredictable?

e.g. my three cards sit in slots with irqs 5, 10 and 11. Can you tell
what names are cards going to get, that is, in what order are they
detected?
