in mexico. we are in chicago and use russian programmer now. 
we are developing voip client/server applications to support 
our realtime file management solutions. our programmers 
presently work from their apartments with their own win2k equipment 
and RH 7.3 server for development. they get paid each week 
via USA bank card in their host country. we plan to deliver solutions 
in mexico in the coming weeks. we have a small office in Nuevo 
Laredo and are opening an office in Puerto Vallarta. 

if you know of programmers with these skills that maybe interested 
in working we us, please let us meet them. the mailing list 
makes it difficult for use to contact the programmers directly.
