Hola, lo pudieras cambiar desde las propiedades de cada usuario o en el
config.php del SM...

    If you want to change the timezone associated with your webmail on
    (ss) Shared-Servers follow these two steps:

       1. Log into SquirrelMail webmail with the user that you would
          like to change the time zone for.
       2. Click on "Options" then on "Personal Information" The timezone
          field is near the middle of the page.
