Algo así como --with-mysql-lib=/usr/lib/mysql 
--with-mysql-inc=/usr/include/mysql
o /usr/lib y /usr/include ....
Porque de alguna manera tu ./configure está buscando la 
libmysqlclient.so en el lugar equivocado.....
