[Ayuda] ¿Como identificar a este j...?

Oigan, continuamente me estan llegando este tipo de
mensajes, que según yo tiene virus, porque traen
adjuntado un archivo como de 128k

La pregunta es ¿Cómo puede saber quien es este ji..?
