Ejecutas e2fsck sobre la partición donde ocurrió la falla. Suponiendo
que tu disco es IDE y la partición es hda1 entonces la linea es:

(Repair filesystem) 1# e2fsck -y /dev/hda1

el parámetro "-y" lo agrego sólo para decir "responde a todo que sí". Si
no lo pones entonces el programa preguntará que hacer en cada anomalía
que encuentre.

Al terminar, ejecutas "exit" y dejas que el equipo reinicialize.
