problemas con squid+squidguard

Saludos lista, pues sigo con mi problema del squidguard.
cheque mi /var/log/squid/cache.log y me manda este mensaje

por ahi dice que no puede abrir el archivo de configuracion en 
/home/xsoft/squidGuard-1.4.4/squidGuard.conf y el archivo si esta, que 
permisos debe tener? alguna sugerencia=?
